Action the last few days in SCOC reminds me of my watching my EGRP positions just sit and languish for a while, then hearing Harmon come out high on it, and then watching it rise a little sluggishly behind the rest of the net sector last year. Only to eventually see it rocket up several hundred percent in less than 6 months. It took a little while, but eventually many internet "value" investors finally come to their senses on Harmon's picks. JMHO.
