Please understand that I'm not trying to get you wound up. I think that a call back to Beth is in order. Explain to her that you've called in the past and have been ignored or forgotten. If, after your return call, her suggestion is to call the CEO, then by all means you should call the CEO. You might want to ask when is the best time to call with investment issues.
