Mr Guillermo Salazar reports
The interpretation report of the airborne Dighem survey carried out in the company's 100% owned McClintock project has highlighted the presence of ten other potentially drillable targets within the project area in addition to the known North and South showings worked on by the company recently. Three of these targets (Grace Lake, South Grace Lake and Clinto Lake) have geophysical (EM and magnetics) signatures that are stronger than those identified at the North and South showings. All three are spatially related to the cross cutting Quiver Creek fault. The anomaly near Clinto Lake, not identified in previous surveys, lies at the centre of the magnetic high that defines the gabbro-anorthosite intrusive and is about 700m long by 100m wide. The company's recently completed diamond drilling program tested six different areas in the northern half of the Main block area. Four of the seven drill holes drilled intersected 10 to 60 ft wide layers with 3%-10% cumulate-textured sulphides (pyrrhotite, chalcopyrite and pentlandite). DDH 97-9 intersected 3.1 ft assaying 0.145% copper and 0.177% nickel while assays from DDH 97-10 report 3.0 ft of 0.12% copper and 0.146% nickel intersected at the surface. The assays from two more holes are expected soon.

The Diamond/Lucky Valley area in the company's Bellas Gate (Jamaica) property is a large -2km long by 1km wide gossan with sericitic alteration in places and with scarce, subdued outcrops with little evidence of recent exploratory work. Assays as high as 8.27% copper and several others assaying between 0.25 and 0.7% copper have already been collected. A soil geochemical and ground magnetometer survey will be done.
