I think the latest price drop may be engineered somewhat.

Consider that the options will be re-priced on the closing of May 1/97 and you start to think a lower stock price is good for all Corel employees including management.

After the options have been re-priced, then Corel does everthing it can to boost shareholder value.

Morale of Corel employees must be at an all-time low right now. But after they get their options re-priced and the stock moves up on announcements and financial results, the employees are going to be pushing harder than ever.
