It could have been your decision to wait for $5, too. And the stock was obviously oversold.

The volume in the stock indicates to me that there must be an institution expressing an interest -- the PR was nice, but I don't think that did it. And institutional buying could have been influenced by Fowler leaving. There was enough buying pressure today to get through any ASCOM selling; the stock took a brief hit and recovered. We will probably see a little more of this tomorrow.

Does this get rid of the tax sellers now?
