Sorry, Mr. Truthseeker, but in the US legal system each party pays its own legal expenses, with only a few exceptions. So even if you win you lose big in time and money. Not as much freedom of speech as you thought, huh. (Publishing pornography is the exception, of course. In that case anything goes.) Suggest you skip town instead.
