From a Research Report today: Stock rated RL. CFO Bob Brust will leave UIS to become CFO of Eastman Kodak. Controller Janet Haugen has been appointed acting CFO until a replacement is named. Mr. Brust is well regarded by the Street and his departure is disappointing given his role in orchestrating UIS' high profile turnaround. Although investor anxiety will undertandably be higher now, this doesn't appear to signal a negative change in UIS' underlying fundamentals, and the business seems to be on track. On this morning's call, management expressed a high degree of confidence in meeting Street expectations for Q4/99, Q1/00 and full-year 2000. Michael
