GEEK instead says "no comment" and we open at $40 tomorrow or higher..

but they chose the smart thing to say:

"We have no clue why our stock is up.. we aren't worthy.. please sell our stock from $29 down to $16 1/2 in AH trading.. thank you so much.. we wouldn't know what to do with all that new capital"

GEEK chose to say the only thing that GEEK could say to avoid class action suits, i.e., the truth. If they inferred they'd go the 'free service' route with no intention to do so, wouldn't that invite suits by those who bought high and suffered disillusionment? Alleging fraud? And what about their subscribers, expecting to get free Internet access? Would they sue? In our litigation-wacky society, sure they'd sue.

I'm surprised that there were no postings during the drop during the trading session. Is it significant that GEEK closed under the old November $13 resistance line? Does that mean that this was truly a 2-day spike?

Congratulations to the longs who sold in the $20's. Are you buying back now or are you waiting for GEEK to dive under $10 again?
