1)Did SSA write that HHD "presently has 350,000" members on the SSA site? If not, did HHD write that HHD "presently has 350,000 members? Yes, it is an incorrect statement by 340,000 members. Oops, typo? or Oops, lure?
2)How many shares of HHD do your members own - as of November 1? as of December 22?
3)What are the aliases your members post under on this board?
4)Do you believe that the trading of HHD stock during the period of employment presents a conflict of interest?
5)Will SSA have access to information prior to the general public?
6)Does SSA object to full disclosure of its members and holdings?
JF, SSA is not needed, and the potential for frontrunning evident unless SSA and its members is prohibited from trading stock during the period of employment.
