Ray, What you are describing is already being done and for quite some time now. It is not rocket science anymore! What needs to be determined is what competitive advantage this company (HorizonLive) has and what the market is and what potential there is to make money. At first (I repeat first) glance does not sound very high tech, ie. a little like Netmeeting with video! We shall see as we learn more about it.
