Trans World Stores to Accept Returned Merchandise for Its E-Commerce Site
Items Purchased Online Can Be Returned By Mail Or To Any Of Trans World's 985 Retail Stores
ALBANY, NY--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 22, 1999--Trans World Entertainment Corporation, leading entertainment products retailer (Nasdaq National Market: TWMC), today announced that merchandise purchased from its e-commerce site, TWEC.COM, can now be returned to any of the company's 985 retail stores nationwide.
Returns in original packaging will be accepted both by mail and at any of Trans World's retail stores for thirty days following purchase. Merchandise purchased at TWEC.COM that is returned to any of Trans World's retail store chains will be accepted if accompanied by the e-mail order confirmation and shipment packing slips. Trans World stores include Camelot Music, Coconuts Music and Movies, F.Y.E. (For Your Entertainment), Planet Music, Record Town, Spec's, Strawberries Music and The Wall.
