A small thing, maybe, but I like what this says about the fiscal restraint of the company:

Too many biotechs would have forgiven the loan. A quarter million here, a quarter million there, and soon you're talking real money.

Regardless, I don't see what makes this company worth, what, $1.3 billion? A colleague (who told me to "take a look at" NBIX at $4/share, so I value his opinion) is thinking of shorting it. But I wouldn't want to end up a target on the "Biotech vs. Shorts" thread, so let's just say TLRK seems "richly valued".
