I have a solution.... vote ALL the bastards out of office, nominate and elect people (preferably non-lawyers) who DON'T want the offices... then limit the time Congress is in session to 90 days a year (except for well-defined national emergency situations e.g war, invasion, etc.) Limit terms too: Senators = one term (6 years), Representatives = two terms (4 years). Once you've served, you can never serve again. Oh! And increase Congress's salary to $1 million a year. That's all for now, folks... Father Terrence
