Steve, I guess JDSU received approval for the OCLI acquisition from the government---no antitrust implications. The risk is all but gone on this transaction and the stock price shows it. Now all we have is an OCLI shareholder vote on January 25 and we know how that is going to go. I might now either sell OCLI to buy more JDSU or just let the deal close and get the additional shares then. Will wait and see. I guess it was easy money. <g>
