Fred: Thanks very much for your comments. I'm also holding shares I bought at .30 and have flipped a few along the way for some small gains. I have no intention of bailing out anytime soon. It appears as you have pointed out that there current cash position gives them room to manoeuvre for a year or so. As to the law suits, I believe they are being launched in Delaware (or some of them anyway) which is a very favourable jurisdiction for I.P litigation. I read recently that one of the parties against whom Piage has brought an action brought a motion to have the jurisdiction moved but the judge ruled in favour of Paige. This is at least a smaal victory. I was wondering though if you might know how many months (or years) any of these lawsuits might take to work their way up to trial.
