Isn't Maffei in the Citrix Board? Or did they swap in the treasurer (Brown?) when he became CFO?

Microsoft Finance Chief Maffei Leaves Software Giant

======================================================================
NEW YORK -(Dow Jones)- Microsoft Corp. Wednesday announced chief financial officer Greg Maffei, who is also chairman of Microsoft's travel-services company Expedia Inc., has resigned to accept a position outside the company.

Microsoft named John Connors CFO to replace Maffei. The Redmond, Wash.-based software giant said Connors will also become a member of the company's "business leadership" team. Microsoft (MSFT) didn't say whether Maffei will remain at Expedia (EXPE).

Microsoft said Connors, who has been with the company for about 11 years, most recently held the position of vice president of the company's world-wide enterprise group. Prior to that, Connors was vice president and chief information officer overseeing world-wide internal technologies infrastructure, corporate information and key internal systems.
