>>Have you considered the effect of the moon on the Earth and thought about the uniqueness of this system?<<

There are many variables that make the Earth unique. But what is critical to a planet conducive to advanced life forms is that it be
temperate and unstable (mixing) and that it be predominantly carbon
based (malliability). The possibilities for certain variables to recreate a similiar effect are infinite. Science is now coming to
a reasonable conclusion that life is easy. As for advance life -
it shall also be revealed as easy in the face of billions of stars in billions of galaxies.
