Coey. Bill Clinton's right to privacy does not allow him to invite a subordinate to a private chamber and command her to "kiss it." Once he was legitimately accused of this (it was no empty accusation), the courts accurately decided to allow further discovery into his alleged penchant for this sort of behaviour.

(One would think a woman who herself was assaulted by a man would understand that a woman in these circumstances will have little physical evidence until the assault occurs. Perhaps you would rather the courts demand all sexual assault victims to experience physical sexual assault before they are heard.)

Once the courts trained its attention to Bill Clinton's then alleged pattern (now confirmed) of sexually using subordinates, he was duty bound to answer the courts truthfully.
