SL, I believe ICGE owns 13% of TradeX. Ariba is paying $1.8 for the company. This should mean approx. $235 million worth of ARBA stock for ICGE. FWIW, keep an eye on Opus360. It's being billed as the Ariba for the Net Economy workforce.
