The list as of 12/22/99 showed 275 (55%) with negative performance since 1/1/99. Question: If so many stocks are performing that bad, aren't we already in a bear market and have been for some time? If so, why does the "market" need to correct? Hasn't it already been correcting for the majority of stocks? Perhaps the "correction" is nearing an end? Oh boy, I can hear Heinz now.
