"they at least have a patented process for identifing the material and are on deck with a patent process application for the technique" they have a patent application only - most patents never approch commercial success. Their paltry production indicates commercial success is at best highly speculative. The fact that they claim to have one of the biggest and baddest(richest) gold deposits in the wolrd and the best technology in the world to extract it and are now focusing on technology and not production does not make sense if you beleive that this company is honest.
