CRO update It was the best of times, yeah you know this. Most of these are either up 30% or down 30% although I dont think there is that much difference between them business wise lately. siliconinvestor.com KNDL breaks out today. CVD I think is a good buy at these prices and I sold off some CVGR to add more. CVGR went up nicely but has been too volatile (this from a guy who chases biotechs penny stocks). I'd like to see it base some around 3.25 before I step back in. This beast has been so thin in the past you could drop 20% with a few hundred shares changing hands. QTRN, another chance at the 18-19 price. Patience with this one. As I mentioned before, VTIV is an odd duck in this crowd. If you haven't looked at it you should, (and tell us what you think). It is one of those (IMO) "franchise" situations that Buffett always talks about. Analysts are forecasting a buck in earnings for this $9 pharmaceutical marcom stock. I doubt that because I think the spin off costs will cap earnings for a while but this should be a real powerhouse over time. I can't think of anything like it. I've been adding on dips, seems like the SNC crowd has about sold out of it (they received it as a spin-off and knew not what to make of it). Just for kicks I bought some SNC too on fundamentals and it has done OK lately also. Diversification, you know. Average returns for the model portfolio have been the pits, but selective trading has hopefully made some money for folks. I have mainly QTRN, CVD, KNDL and PRXL. RWR
