" Cabral is the sole shareholder, sole director, Chief Executive Officer, Secretary and Chief Financial Officer of Cabral Corp. Cabral Corp.'s only business is acting as the sole general partner of Capital. Capital is an Investment Adviser registered under Section 203 of the Investment Advisers Act of 1940. Its sole business is to act as the sole general partner of Partners and as investment adviser to various managed accounts. Partners is a California limited partnership whose principal business is investing in securities.
