Chuz, you are reading so much "conspiracy" into Lu's statement that you suspect that the bank managed entities may actually be Lu entities. While skepticism is healthy, you're going to a level of paranoia I can't fathom.

And of course the SPV itself is related to, but non-consolidated with, Lu; there's nothing sinister about that; that's how all securitizations are set up (i.e., by establishing bankruptcy-proof entities which do not create any recourse or liability for the asset seller (Lu, in this case.)
