Jonathan said the spinoff shares would be issued between 1-15-00 and 1-31-00. He also told me that the design of the stock certificates is still being finalized. NO spinoff shares have been delivered to ANYONE yet. Someone is jumping the gun stating that the shares have been issued. My 2 cents follows: Initially, the spinoff shares will have NO value. The belief is that once the shares are issued, companies wanting to go public will buy the spinoff companies. This scenario worked with NUOG to TXCI. TXCI has been as high as $1.00.
