Speaking of WOTD, maybe they are the hostile group. They are now SHCC - Saratoga International Holdings Corp. Maybe they want to add CVIA's holdings to their own. If they gained control of CVIA, they could do a merger with SHCC (in effect taking over CVIA). KAA said he's never liked the way this hostile group does business. WOTD/SHCC would definitely fit that description. Buying out the BOD would have been the best way to do it. Not only would they have gained a controlling interest, but most of the long time loyal shareholders would have bailed. They would have had little opposition. Having just said all that, I seriously doubt that it's WOTD/SHCC, but maybe their butt is still sore from being spanked by KAA. <g>
