SEC REPORTING STATUS....I spoke with NVID a few mins ago, and here is the latest on the filing. Work almost complete on submittal package..has to go through the lawyers, etc, but the company has finished its work on it. The 2nd submittal is the AUDIT by 3 audit firms for 1997-1998 and 1/2 of 1999 up to Sep 1st. Both packages should be in the hands of the SEC by the end of this year. No fear...FOLKS...NVID will be reporting! Kerry
