Actually, I wouldn't even ask a broker unless it was someone in the business that I knew.

I would ask the Tech Desk.

So you are paying CME Access fees and you only get single ticks. Maybe it's the quote vendor. I swear, I'm not getting single ticks. The only thing I can imagine is that who ever is providing the feed is dropping the ball.

Right now on my box there is a string of Mini's on the Buy side. 11, 11, 11, 13, 13,.....all at the 7:30, 7:31 bar. Index numbers 187 through 191.

NOTE;

I filter out volume below ten-lots. So my Index Numbers may not correspond to yours.
