RESEARCH ALERT - Goldman initiates Terra Reuters Story - December 23, 1999 06:19 LONDON, Dec 23 (Reuters) - Goldman Sachs said on Thursday it had started coverage of Internet provider Terra Networks with a "market outperformer" rating and a share price target of 60 euros. The investment bank said the Terra management had a proven ability to move quickly which, combined with the parental backing of Telefonica and its existing leading market positions in Spain and Latin America, should allow Terra to become a highly successful business.
