A couple of new posters (short?) over on Yahoo were saying this was "insider financing" and "crap", and predicting the stock would decline.

I don't think so, and think this private placement with a high quality institutional investor will 'reassure' other potential investors.

Stock at 9:12 preopening was $ 21.00 bid, which of course, could change a bunch the closer we move to 9:30 a.m.....
