All this bomb scare media suddenly. . .are there any important bills in the senate or house in January regarding national security. . . .that might NEED us to have fear of terrorists?

It is hard for me to believe that this guy they caught in Washington state was the ONLY such person to have been caught trying to bring explosive devices into the U.S. this past year. My guess is that there are perhaps a few hundred such persons caught each year. None of which get on national news. So why did this one get so much media attention?

A critically important bill was passed with flying colors almost 5 years ago. . . which allows for U.S. military action on U.S. soil, should "terrorist" activities be present. This was a revolutionary law, in that never before in U.S. history have we allowed our armed services a loophole from which to attack U.S. citizens. . . regardless of reason. This bill was passed 5 days after the Oklahoma City bombing. Not to jump to any conclusions. . . but the similarities of media coverage of these bomb scares are simply bringing this to mind.

What was that Latin phrase you use. . .that says "to whom does it benefit" ??
