ONTARIO, CANADA - December 23, 1999: Urbana.ca Inc.'s (OTC BB: URBA) wholly-owned subsidiary Urbana.ca Enterprises Corp., Eagle Wireless (OTC BB: EGLW), and USA Video Interactive (OTC BB:USVO; CDNX:US), three leaders in video and Internet innovation, today announced their intentions to produce a set-top box that incorporates both the Linux operating system and USA Video Interactive's Wavelet Video-on-Demand™ system. The new set-top box is set to launch in early 2000 and will open the world of quality video, video-on-demand, Internet access and television broadcast to a vast market of residences and multiple dwelling units, such as apartments and condominiums.
