Was it for X-Stream shareholders? I am trying to figure out this reverse merger in to a shell company on the LSE. Of course, that's how XSNI ended up here on the OTC BB. So, how can they reverse in to a shell there when they are a Delaware Corporation here? What am I missing? Jeff
