I believe that moderate wireless data speeds (56 .. 100 kpbs) will be more than adequate for the forseable future. Palm VII,
for example, runs quite happily at 9600bps.

w molloy, that statement, by its very nature, is very shortsighted. Apps of technology ALWAYS press the technology for better performance. 9600bps is adequate for what you are doing today on the Palm, buy by next year you will eat your words.

Otherwise my TRS80 would still be viable.
