Dave, ESHR is the first to offer its products to run on Linux, it will also be the first to penetrate the international market. I'm extremely impressed with Jim Tito's talents and vision. Jim has a strong supporting team to help him take this company to the forefront in the hot online customer support field. Alek has taken a back seat while Jim takes over this company.
