There is no way to know if favors were traded without establishing that the affair took place, or what its circumstances were. Whether or not one agrees with the law,it is silly to argue that a principle that he agreed with becomes inapplicable when applied to him. And of course it did not, which is why he has been fined for defrauding the court.....
