The NYSEBP hasn't turned negative yet and there is usually a 1-2 day bounce when it does. I use P&F, but I also tend to jump the gun. In the old days, I would have jumped the gun and gone completely short. This time, I started out hedging and then went to mostly cash and then started adding a few shorts. P&F generally doesn't call the move to the day, but it has proven to be very good at getting you out of the market (and back in) in a timely manner. My personal views, outside of P&F is that the bull has 1 more week and then a variety of factors will contribute to the bull taking a little nap. These factors are:

-Sell the Y2K news (non-event)
-Sell the Y2K news (domino effect from international problems)
-Profit taking by investors that did not want to incure more taxes in 1999
-Interest Rates
-Inflation from current fed liquidity policy

P&F is my primary TA tool and it has served me well.
