World Wide Web Casinos Completes Acquisition of
Camelot Gaming

SANTA ANA, Calif., April 21 /PRNewswire/ -- World Wide Web Casinos, Inc.
today announced its acquisition of Camelot Gaming, Inc., an Internet gaming concern,
headquartered in Las Vegas,
NV. According to company executives, this acquisition, completed through a stock
swap, fits into
the company's overall strategy of offering Internet players a variety of attractive virtual
gaming themes and environments. Camelot Gaming will offer its Internet gamblers
casino games with a
Lords and Ladies theme. In addition, Camelot Gaming brings an extensive database of
registered players to the World Wide Web Casinos fold. Having maintained a very
exciting website at www.camelotgaming.com for almost 1 year, the company has
attracted registered players at the rate
of 5-7,000 players per month. The addition of this database will double the number of
registered
players held by World Wide Web Casinos. In fact, this database of potential players
represents a
five-fold increase from the company's original projections, which if met, would bring
the company
earnings to over $50 million during the first 12 months of operation.

As previously announced, World Wide Web Casinos has signed a Letter of Intent to
be acquired by
U.S.A. Growth, Inc. (OTCBB:USAG - news), in a transaction known as a reverse
merger.
WWWC is a casino entertainment company holding a controlling interest in, through a
wholly owned
subsidiary, the St. James's Club Casino, located on the Caribbean island of Antigua. In
addition, the
company is seeking to acquire other casinos. The company has developed a 3D virtual
reality casino
and plans to operate a worldwide Internet casino and sports book from Antigua.
Having spent over 2 years and several million dollars developing this 3D virtual casino,
the company is positioned to
dominate what promises to be a $25.5 billion market by the year 2000, according to
gaming
research analyst, Sebastian Sinclair. Visit the company's web site at
www.netcasino.com, which
already receives over 7,000 visits per day from potential players around the world.
