TraderJJ asks what is going on at YARC.
On December 15th we said "YARC is currently engaged in exploratory negotiations with one such" (NASDAQ)"company". Such deals don't occur overnight. They have to be developed very carefully.

There is a dichotomy here that has to be recognized. The 1934 Securities Law, and the regulations made under it, impose a paperwork burden on Public companies that is measured in months, not hours. Yet today's market reacts (or fails to react) in hours. Many investors expect instant gratification. Yet if you look at the current crop of mergers between, for example, the Baby Bells and the Pharmaceuticals, you will see that the paperwork and due diligence takes months to bring to a conclusion.

I will consult with Corporate counsel and see just what we are allowed to say, and post a follow-up to this message board (counsel responds within days, not hours).

Season's Greetings to you all, and thanks for your support

Sincerely,
Trevor
