All "insiders" (as defined by the SEC) must file ahead of time to sell shares. This is mandatory. It doesn't mean that he sold in November, December or plans to any time soon. And, in any case, ask yourself: Is there an executive in "any" company that doesn't sell holdings periodically? Isn't it better that the "SEC filing" occurred in November when the price was down dramatically as compared to now (with the resultant "perceptions" of investors) had he filed during the recent run-up?
