Took a position in YARC today,,,

like what the CEO posted on negotiations with a NASDAQ company and also engaging in aggressive mergers and acquisitions for the rest of 1999.......... Last fall YARC's Board of Directors directed that the Corporation prepare the documents needed for YARC to become a fully reporting company. The subsequent S.E.C. regulations de-listing Bulletin Board companies on an alphabetical basis have given YARC the opportunity to engage in aggressive merger and acquisition activities during the remainder of 1999. Although YARC has taken steps to ensure that it will be filing well before its May 15, 2000 deadline, its M&A activities would be significantly slowed if it filed immediately. In this case, every significant acquisition it made would require a complete revision of the Form 10 and re-filing with the S.E.C, giving rise to delay and additional legal fees. YARC's Board has therefore decided to delay filing until fall, or until the M&A activities are complete, whichever occurs first.''
