Sam, I'm not necessarily negative on Quintus. On the contrary, I feel they may have one of the strongest products in the CRM Group. The architecture of the product is unique in that it is highly customizable, and the entire package, GUI, scripts, etc. are uploaded directly into the RDBMS. This has a lot of advantages in a distributed network environment.

My point is that there may be a weakness in execution and follow through when it comes to marketing and servicing the customer. If they can turn the corner on these, and continue to improve their excellent product offering, I would be very bullish on this company.
