They should get a decent amount of Varsitybooks.com....as they've been involved with them via venture capital...and are co-managing, but I'm not sure how well the offering will be received....I'm guessing max would be 200-300 shares vs. NTCR 700, but I could be wrong. Speaking of NTCR....now at 64...just hope it holds up until after the 1st. KJ
