Joseph, your key issue of "where is the foundation for technological or market leadership?" is also my key issue. I think we have part of the answer in a sound new sales/marketing team that hopefully will develop product ideas that the market will want. The next part is
joint design/development with their fab partners.

If these efforts deliver product/sales results the stock will double from here at least. If they don't, well then we are back to a rising tide lifting all boats.
