It is hard to generalize in the year end, with barely four more trading days. All selling has to be complete by Monday to go in to tax year 1999, since it takes three days to settle, which is 12-30-99! So if it continues to tank on 12-28,29,30 then we need to take a closer look. Don't worry it will be back above $ 30 in January!
