But, propaganda techniques do not follow logic. Look at our own political systems and the (high sarcasm) wonderful consultants who guide the many ego within it. Can you think of a recent local, state or national election in which propaganda (negative ads and more) were not used? Is it not a documented fact that repeating a lie tends to increase the number of people who believe it? Bacardi is not a skeptic. His consistent pattern is that of a manipulator. He asks occasional good questions, but overall, his posts require a good amount of filtering before the small nuggets of value shine through. As for the rest of your post, I agree. And the adventure continues...
