A few remarks in recent messages here have left me concerned that the TBFC merger into E-Group may destroy what I think is Telebank's excellent web site, a site --- and efficiency of operation --- that took some talent to create (I come to that conclusion after looking at the website of wingsbank and some other competitor that I now forget).

What *I* <grin> want to know is: how intact will the Telebank operation be after the merger? How much of that team will be destroyed? And I need to know that before the meeting, because the odds are that the meeting will approve the merger. I need to know whether to sell TBFC and take my profits (about what half what they were a short while ago), or hold on until after (perhaps long after) the merger.

My worries come from two posts:

"What bundle? What employees?"

I also would like to know, "What bundle? What employees?"

Cordially, Roger Folsom
