I think the Globalstar deal is bigger than the Korean contract. This thing puts Norsat at both ends of the narrow/broad band spectrum, lets Norsat directly into the door of Globalstar's strategic partners (www.globalstar.com), and brings considerably more U.S. exposure. That's huge.
