WEST BEND, Wis.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 23, 1999--Alottafun!, Inc. (OTCBB:ALFN) announced that the company has cleared its registration statement with United States Securities and Exchange Commission making Alottafun! Inc. a fully reporting issuer on the over-the-counter bulletin board (OTCBB).
The registration was approved "without further comment", ensuring that Alottafun! Inc. meets all National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD) policies, which requires that a company file continuous disclosure on financial and operational results.
ALFN's common shares can now trade without restriction. "Our fully-reporting status will attract potential investors and increase liquidity for our shareholders", states Michael Porter, CEO of Alottafun! Inc. "This move allows us to increase our position and visibility in the investment community."
