Lot of positives with respect to the sale of the handset biz. Q will give up a low-margin portion of the business and not have to worry about parts shortages and increased competition. By "seeding" the market with the maximum amount of CDMA phones, this transmission protocol will become the standard. Dr. Jacobs invited the heavies and surely raised their antennaes. KYOcera will double the number of phones it manufactures (approx. 16MIL). Hoping for some bounce next week. Fuel after that will be earnings......Jan25th?
